Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by managing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing orders for dispatch. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and possesses excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and inventory levels are consistently accurate. This is an on-site, full-time position. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

o Receive, process, and store incoming shipments.

o Accurately label and organize stock to maximize warehouse space.

o Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain detailed records.

o Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and reorder when necessary.

Quality Control:

o Inspect incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.

o Document any issues or damages and communicate them to the appropriate team members.

Order Fulfillment:

o Accurately prepare and package orders for shipment.

o Record precise arrival and departure times of shipments.

· Equipment Operation:

o Operate stock management tools and machinery, including forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.

o Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Record Keeping:

o Maintain clear and up-to-date records on all inventory movements.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· High School Diploma

· Experience with inventory software.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· A forklift driver's certification.

· Physical stamina 

· The ability to be a team player.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or higher

· Warehouse experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of standing and moving around the warehouse

· Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at times.
